'''Widowmaker''' was a lightweight robot which competed in Seasons 2.0 and 5.0 of ''BattleBots''. It was originally inspired by [[Nightmare]], but the builder didn't want it to look like a copy, so he added a front wedge and spinning bar to the design to make it look different from Nightmare. Widowmaker returned for Season 5.0 as '''Widowmaker 2''', now completely rebuilt from the ground up as a wedged robot armed with an angled spinning disc. It performed decently in competition, reaching the round of 64 in the final season.

Widowmaker was a lightweight robot which competed in Seasons 2.0 and 5.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.

Originally inspired by Backlash, Widowmaker sported a front wedge and a vertical spinning bar powered by a chainsaw motor in its first iteration. Widowmaker returned for Season 5.0 as Widowmaker 2, now completely rebuilt from the ground up as a wedged robot armed with an angled spinning disc which could hit speeds of 2000rpm. It performed decently in competition, reaching the Round of 64 in the final season.

Widowmaker 2 was upgraded and competed for a number of years under the name Guillotine, but has since been changed to Tastes like Burning. It is similar to Widowmaker 2 in design, but armed with a flamethrower and lifter instead of the spinning disc.

Team captain Kevin Lillie returned to BattleBots in 2022 as part of Team Small Robots and Banshee.
