Violator was a middleweight robot built by Team TuxBot which competed in two seasons of Comedy Central BattleBots.

It was an arrow-shaped robot armed with a CO2-powered spike in Season 3.0, which was later replaced with a horizontal spinning blade for Season 4.0. Violator was driven by an on-board Linux computer, hence the team name TuxBot, though this was not used during Season 3.0 due to safety issues and it was unknown if it was remedied for its second season. The robot sported a decal across its side which read 'the Linux robot' in reference to this. Violator performed decently in competition, earning a modest 2-2 career record over both seasons, excluding byes.

The team also made plans on building a lightweight robot named Penetrator which was said to be highly inspired by Jerome Miles's Sublime.[1] However, this robot was never built.
