Velocity was a middleweight robot built by Team Alpha that fought in Seasons 3.0 through 5.0 of BattleBots. It evolved over time, starting out as a very boxy robot with no weaponry, and eventually evolving into a compact box-shaped robot armed with a spiked axe. However, it had no success in BattleBots, losing all three of its battles.
Robot History
Season 3.0
Velocity 1's first and only match in Season 3.0 was against Garry Gizzmo. Garry Gizzmo won on a 32-13 judge's decision and Velocity 1 was eliminated from the tournament.
Season 4.0
Velocity's only match in Season 4.0 was against Turtle Road Kill. The fight was a quick one however, over in just 53 seconds as somehow, Turtle Road Kill managed to slam into Velocity and rammed the bot into the spike strip. Once they came apart, Velocity had stopped moving and was therefore knocked out. This meant that Velocity was eliminated from the tournament again.
