It was a box-shaped robot with two spinning drums, one on each side of the robot. It was more successful than the other robots from the team, defeating Trippy before being beaten by Ripkin. Tulsa Hurricane took three months to build.[1]
Tulsa Hurricane was built by a student group at the University of Tulsa, who were also responsible for Feminine Wiles and Hurricane. The team also mentioned building another robot for Season 5.0, but this robot did not compete and the details of the build are unknown.[1]

Tulsa Hurricane vs. Ripkin
Tulsa Hurricane and Ripkin stuck together.
Tulsa Hurricane's spinning drum gets ripped off by Ripkin.
Next up for Tulsa Hurricane was Ripkin. In the beginning, Tulsa Hurricane started spinning its drums and went straight at Ripkin, but it started running away and gets hit by Ripkin's spinning toothed ring from the side. This impact got Ripkin's spinning toothed ring right into the side of Tulsa Hurricane and both robots were stuck together. This hit immobilized Tulsa Hurricane's spinning drums. They were separated after they hit the spike strip and Tulsa Hurricane drove away. Tulsa Hurricane drove straight at Ripkin and was hit by the spinning toothed ring again. Tulsa Hurricane got stuck on the entrance ramp and Ripkin hits it off the ramp. After more hits from Ripkin, Tulsa Hurricane's spinning drums was loose and after one more strong hit, both drums came off. Toward the end of the match, Ripkin kept hitting the sides of Tulsa Hurricane and it stopped moving before the time ran out. In the end, Ripkin won on a 43-2 judges' decision and Tulsa Hurricane was eliminated from the tournament.
