Todd Owens is a referee who served during the BattleBots Championships held in 2009.

Like other referees, his responsibility within the show included ensuring a competing team was abiding by the rules, counting down immobile robots, calling a pause in the fight if unsticks were necessary between bots, and calling the end of the fight. However, he was rarely seen on camera, typically instead in the background of team shows during the one released episode of the 2009 Collegiate Championship.
He worked alongside John Remar for the competitions having not previously held the role during the Comedy Central seasons. He shared the responsibility of announcing the winner of a judges' decision with Remar.
Todd Owens did not return as the show was revived in 2015.
