Thump (sometimes stylized as Thump!) was a lightweight robot which competed in Season 2.0 of BattleBots from Team Digital (an offshoot of Team Carnivore). It was a green thwackbot armed with a static pickaxe, very similarly to heavyweight GoldDigger and team member Ilya Polyakov's more successful middleweight, Blade Runner. It didn't perform well in its only season, losing its only battle to Enforcer and not appearing in any further seasons. According to team captain Chad Jackson, Thump was inspired by the robots of Christian Carlberg, more specifically, the Long Beach 1999 version of Knee-Breaker, with "my own personal twist on the design".
