Not to be confused with the middleweight robot of the same name.
The Piecemaker was a heavyweight robot built by Team No Mercy from the United Kingdom which fought exclusively in Season 3.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was a long, thin robot armed with a front-mounted hydraulic crushing claw. It lost its only battle by knockout and thus never appeared on television.
- "We got to the arena OK and we got the bot assembled OK but would it drive would it hell! Anyway after some frantic research we traced the fault to both the receivers we were using. They both seemed to be fried god knows how but they were dead."

The Piecemaker did not return for post-season rumbles or any future seasons of BattleBots.
Outside BattleBots[]
The Piecemaker originally applied for Series 4 of Robot Wars with this design, under the name The Executioner. After reworking the design, The Executioner qualified for the following series but lost its only fight to two-time semi-finalist Pussycat. The Executioner returned with a total redesign ahead of Series 7, but again lost in its first round melee and was eliminated from the competition for a second time.

The Piecemaker vs. My Son The Piecemaker's first ever match was against My Son, in the second to last preliminary round of the heavyweight division. In a diary post from the team, they explain The Piecemaker was hastily fixed in time for their fight, and in doing so, had forgotten to connect one of their battery leads before entering the BattleBox.[1] Very little else is known about this fight as it went unaired and was never shown, but The Piecemaker was barely functional and My Son won by knockout after just 31 seconds. |

- The now-archived BattleBots website documenting various competitors erroneously lists Team No Mercy as being from "Peterborough, California".[2]
