Tentoumushi was one of eight BattleBots toys produced for the April 2002 McDonald's Happy Meal promotion.
It is likely based on the Season 1.0 build of Tentoumushi, evidenced by the pattern of its black spots and the absence of a mohawk-like pattern across the centre of the shell.

The toy features Tentoumushi's iconic ladybug shell, which actuates up and down as its drive wheels spin. It is a strong representation of Lisa Winter's robot, with the eyes and antennae also reflected in this toy.
However, the eyes are too small relative to the scale of the robot, and its chassis is primarily black where it was a bare metal color on the real robot.
Tentoumushi was given the identification number 2 on its plastic packaging.
