Outside BattleBots[]

Team WhoopAss have enjoyed a fruitful career after the end of Comedy Central BattleBots. In 2003, HexaDecimator placed third overall at that year's Robocide event, defeating 8 Ball but losing Shrederator, the latter avenging the team's win over Brian Nave's shell spinner during Season 4.0. In the loser's bracket, racking up consecutive wins over Condor, King of Diamonds, Tornado Mer and Maximum Paralysis, before losing out once again to Shrederator in the final on that side of the bracket.

Hexy Jr. won the ROBOlympics lightweight division in 2004, then getting bronze in RoboGames 2005 and 2006. In the latter, HexaDecimator also competed and achieved fourth place.

After over a decade away, Team WhoopAss and HexaDecimator made a surprise return to combat in 2017. It lost its opening match to Whoops! and fell into the loser's bracket. It then picked up a win over Sluggo, before falling short against Boris Badenov by judges' decision. The team returned for RoboGames 2018 with HexaDecimator, but lost both of its fights against Lucky and Ragin Scotsman, finding itself eliminated without a win.

With the return of RoboGames in 2023, Team WhoopAss also returned. HexaDecimator defeated Puck in Round 1, before winning against DOOM in the second round. In the winner's bracket, HexaDecimator sparked an upset as it defeated Manta, but could not get the better of White Rabbit as it fell into the loser's bracket. Following this, HexaDecimator lost to Ziggy Jr. and was eliminated from the competition. However, it ended the competition as the only robot to beat eventual champion Manta.
