Team Revolution are an active BattleBots team who have competed in every season since their debut in World Championship II on ABC.
Captained by Victor Soto, who previously competed with The Revenant and Blue Flame in BattleBots IQ and tried to enter World Championship I with the latter, Team Revolution are best known for their heavyweight entry ROTATOR.

Victor Soto[]
ROTATOR captain Victor Soto fought with the middleweight entry Blue Flame for the NPC Charity Open in 2004 and the 2011 BattleBots IQ competition, finishing runner-up in the latter. This followed Soto's prior combat robot experience with Nightstalker, middleweight Revenant and the 220lb pneumatic flipper built in collaboration with Marc DeVidts, Vault.
Born in Panama, Victor was raised in Miami and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, whose combat robotics team he represented when competing in early untelevised events. Victor Soto works in the medical engineering industry, assisting in the development of robot-assisted orthopedic surgery.
Bianca Soto[]
Wife to team captain Victor Soto, Dr. Bianca Soto is an established competitor in her own right, having fought in several events as part of the all-female entry from Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, Fuchsia Fusion. She officially joined Team Revolution in 2021 and has been involved with Soto's 250lb robot ever since.
Outside of BattleBots, she is a pediatric doctor.
Marc DeVidts[]
Another veteran of the sport from the BattleBots IQ events, Marc DeVidts worked with Victor Soto on Vault before turning his attention towards Icewave, which entered numerous middleweight competitions before being scaled up to a heavyweight. He also operates the website Buildersdb.com.
Carlos Alva[]
Carlos Alva is ROTATOR's current weapons operator.
Gary Nguyen[]
Gary Nguyen was a member of Team Revolution during ROTATOR's first three appearances, serving as the weapon operator and even temporarily the driver during World Championship III. Since 2020, he has competed with Team HyperShock.
