Tantrum's Season 3.0 appearance.
Not to be confused with the robot that competed in Discovery Season 3.
Tantrum was a lightweight robot which competed in Season 3.0 of BattleBots. It was a blue four-wheeled square-shaped robot armed with pneumatic lifting forks. It didn't perform well in competition, losing its first match against Manic Aggressive.
The team that built Tantrum later returned to BattleBots with Green Wave. The team won the 2009 and ABC heavyweight championship with Brutality and Bite Force.
Robot History
Season 3.0
Tantrum's only opponent in BattleBots was against Manic Aggressive. It was mostly a pushing match, except two lifts from Tantrum. Manic Aggressive won on a 27-18 judges decision and Tantrum was eliminated from the tournament.
