Silicon Valley Destruction Company are a retired team based in San Jose, California who entered four seasons of Comedy Central BattleBots with numerous shufflebots.
Despite only experiencing limited success across the seasons, they were notably affected by the rules which saw their heavyweight and middleweight robots Dreadbot and Nemesis be moved into the next weight class. This came as a result of shufflebots being granted a considerably smaller weight bonuses compared to 'true' walkerbots following the success of Son of Whyachi in Season 3.0. Their most successful robot in BattleBots was LocoMotion, which picked up three wins to make the TV rounds in Season 4.0. The team also was rumored to have built a superheavyweight robot called The Black Hole for Season 3.0. However, this was only referenced in the audience brochure, and no details on the design are known.

The second incarnation of Dreadbot competed in Robot Wars: Extreme Warriors under the name Drillzilla, where it enjoyed more success. Drillzilla won the Tag Team Terror event alongside Tut Tut and also won the Annihilator special after defeating Rippa Raptor in the final.
Despite an early exit from the main US Championship season, Drillzilla's success continued as it advanced to the final of the Second World Championship, only to be beaten by Razer in the final. This marked one of only two career losses for Drillzilla, as it amassed nine wins outside of that.
The team also added a grabbing claw to the top, and entered Robotica under the name Da Claw. It competed against Logoseye and despite losing the Gauntlet, won the Labyrinth round and qualified for the Fight to the Finish at the end of the episode. It took on Juggerbot 3.0, but was beaten at this stage.
