Richard Sean Salisbury (born March 9, 1963) is a former NFL player turned American football analyst who served a presenter of Comedy Central BattleBots for Season 1.0 and Season 2.0. He was succeeded by Tim Green following the second BattleBots season.

Outside BattleBots[]

Depite being offered basketball scholarships from multiple universities at a young age, Salisbury instead opted to pursue American football. Having played college football from 1982, he signed for his first professional NFL team in 1986, Seattle Seahawks.

After spending a year with the Indianapolis Colts, he moved to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers where he played for two years after. Salisbury's longest stint came for Minnesota Vikings between 1990 and 1994. Following his retirement, his role on BattleBots propelled Salisbury into multiple presenting analytic roles surrounding the NFL, where he has remained ever since.

He currently hosts The Sean Salisbury Show for several radio stations based in and around Houston, Texas.
