Rebob was a middleweight robot built by New Tech Robotics which competed in two seasons of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was an invertible, four-wheel drive robot armed with a wedge and two pneumatic horizontally-swinging hammers for its debut season. However, it lost its first battle against Eraser.
Returning for Season 4.0, Rebob now featured a kinetic spear weapon. It suffered the same fate, losing its only fight to Deb Bot.
Rebob's builder, Jason Woods, went on to co-build Slingshot for the 2009 High School Championship before returning as captain of Team KYMERA and Tracer. He would later lend himself with Vegas Combat Robotics and JackPot.

Rebob vs. Eraser Rebob was first scheduled to take on Eraser. During the fight, Rebob 'self-destructed', meaning Eraser won by knockout and Rebob was eliminated. |
Season 4.0[] |
Rebob vs. Deb Bot Rebob returned for Season 4.0, and first faced Deb Bot. Both robots were slow at the start of the fight, trading pushes and shoves. Deb Bot then rammed into Rebob, which caused a hissing sound as it stopped moving. Rebob was counted out and fell in the preliminary arounds again. |
