Not to be confused with the middleweight BattleBots IQ competitor of the same name.
Overlord was a superheavyweight robot built by Team Pierce which competed in Season 3.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was six-wheeled robot that was armed with a static ramming spear. The team also mentioned a 10hp pneumatic system was incorporated to the robot's drive.[1] Overlord did not perform well in competition, losing its first and only match of the competition. Neither the robot nor the Pierce family returned to BattleBots after Season 3.0.

Overlord vs. CUAD the Crusher Overlord's first battle was against CUAD the Crusher in the preliminary rounds. Little is known about this fight as it was never shown, but CUAD the Crusher won on a 32-13 judges' decision. This meant Overlord was immediately eliminated from the tournament. |
