Not to be confused with the the BattleBots IQ 2006 competitor of the same name.
Nemesis was a middleweight (heavyweight in Season 4.0) robot built by the Silicon Valley Destruction Company which competed in three seasons of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It largely resembled the Season 3.0 version of team's heavyweight Dreadbot in its debut season, featuring similar shufflebot functionality. Nemesis originally had little in the way of weaponry, but could use its strength and speed to ram into opponents and drive them around the arena. However, it lost its only battle in Season 3.0.
Nemesis was upgraded to a heavyweight due to new rules regarding shufflebots enforced ahead of Season 4.0, and was now armed with a versatile grabbing claw to make use of the additional weight allowance for being in a division higher. This time, the team were forced to forfeit their first and only battle.
For Season 5.0, Nemesis was brought back down to a middleweight again as its arm was replaced by an array of milling cutters, similar to its superheavyweight counterpart. This proved to be Nemesis' most successful season as it won three fights in succession before losing to TriDent in the televised rounds.

Nemesis vs. Sunshine Lollibot Nemesis debuted in Season 3.0 and first faced Sunshine Lollibot, Nemesis drove across the box and slammed into the other side, missing Sunshine Lollibot completely. It stopped moving and Sunshine Lollibot spun up, drove out slowly, and used its saw to rip into Nemesis until the fight ended and Sunshine Lollibot was declared the winner by KO after just 45 seconds. This meant that Nemesis was eliminated from the tournament. |

Nemesis vs. PyRAMidroid (Forfeit) Nemesis returned for Season 4.0, now in the heavyweight division. However, the team had to forfeit their first preliminary round battle against PyRAMidroid for unknown technical reasons and played no part in the competition. |

Nemesis vs. Caliban In Season 5.0, Nemesis first faced Caliban. Nemesis won this fight by knockout and advanced to the next preliminary round. |
Nemesis vs. Feminine Wiles Here, it faced Feminine Wiles. Both robots went the distance this time, but Nemesis won on a close 24-21 judges' decision. |
Nemesis vs. Trainwreck In the final preliminary round, Nemesis faced Trainwreck. Nemesis won on a close 23-22 judges' decision. |
