Mecha Rampage was a heavyweight robot built by veteran competitor Christian Carlberg of C2 Robotics, which competed exclusively in BattleBots World Championship III.
Designed as the successor to their ABC era bot OverDrive, Mecha Rampage was a wide, four-wheel drive bot with separate drive pods on each side. In between these drive pods was a spinning hexagonal mass which housed not only the large steel bar, but also the electronics to power it. As such, the spinning mass made up approximately half of the bot's overall weight. Due to its unique design, the team stated Mecha Rampage was essentially "three robots bolted together into one. Left side, right side, and center weapon robot".[1]

Mecha Rampage did decently in the 2018 season, losing a rumble to DUCK! and Whiplash, but managed to destroy Double Jeopardy and beat future champions Tantrum to finish with a respectable 2-2 record. However, this was not enough to allow Mecha Rampage to advance into the World Championship tournament bracket.
Neither the robot nor Christian Carlberg returned for World Championship IV, marking the first time he had not competed in a televised BattleBots season, including the Comedy Central era. He would again be absent for the 2020 competition.
It was announced in late 2021 that Christian Carlberg would be returning to BattleBots for World Championship VI, assisting Greg Gibson as co-captain of Yeti. Although Yeti would be retired following this season, Carlberg would assist in the construction of revamped builds of his infamous OverKill for the live show BattleBots: Destruct-A-Thon.
