Major Divot was a lightweight robot built by Team O-Town which competed exclusively in Season 5.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was a cone-shaped full body spinner. It did averagely in competition, winning one battle against future Giant Nut winner Ray Billings before being knocked out by Little Piece of Hate.
Team O-Town also made another shell spinner, The Orlando Commando, for Season 3.0's lightweight division. It was also supposed to compete in Season 5.0, but withdrew due to technical difficulties and had to forfeit its only battle.

Major Divot was rebuilt after BattleBots and renamed Ground Zero and went on to have a very successful career.

Major Divot vs. Little Piece of Hate Major Divot's second fight came against Little Piece of Hate. However, Major Divot was immobilized during the fight and Little Piece of Hate won by knockout, eliminating Major Divot. |
