Lil' Kanye was a 15lb robot built by Team Mechanical Misfits which competed in the BattleBots IQ 2010 and 2011 High School division.

It was a two-wheel drive, invertible thwackbot powered by two drill motors with wheels mounted perpendicular to one another. At the rear of Lil' Kanye was a hammer weapon which would hit its opponents once it adopted a sit-and-spin technique. Only a few of Lil' Kanye's 2010 fights are known, one of which was a loss by knockout to Queen Bee. Lil' Kanye is known to have fought Drumhawg during the 2011 competition, but lost by judges' decision.

Its name derives from the American rapper, producer and fashion designer Kanye West. The robot's tagline referencing his on-air interruption during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony, where West voiced his support for Beyoncé winning the award for Best Female Video over its actual recipient, Taylor Swift.

The all-female Team Mechanical Misfits also competed with Watson, representing Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart.

Lil' Kanye vs. Queen Bee Queen Bee nudges an immobile Lil' Kanye. Lil' Kanye took on Queen Bee during the 2010 event. However, it lost by knockout.
Lil' Kanye vs. UM Spin 'EM Lil' Kanye taking on UM Spin 'EM. In the loser's bracket, Lil' Kanye fought horizontal spinner UM Spin 'EM. Despite surviving the full three minutes, UM Spin 'EM was declared the winner by judges' decision.

Lil' Kanye vs. Drumhawg Lil' Kanye post-fight. Drumhawg holds Lil' Kanye in the corner. Lil' Kanye's first fight in the 2011 tournament came against Drumhawg. Team Mechanical Misfits saw their robot pinned in the corner frequently by Drumhawg and despite lasting the full duration of the battle, lost by judges' decision.
