KillerHurtz was one of six BattleBots competitors produced by Tiger Electronics as part of their Bump 'N' Bash Bots line of toys.
It was paired alongside Vlad the Impaler as well as a small plastic arena which could be connected together and had suction cups to attach it to a smooth surface.
The toy was based on the Season 2.0 build of KillerHurtz, evidenced by the black and yellow warning stripes across the front plow which were only seen on that season's build.
Each toy had impact sensors on their bodies which, when hit, would explode the robot's armor and immobilize it. These were also referred to as "danger zones" on the instruction sheet included with every twin-pack.
Like every other Bump 'N' Bash Bots toy, it needed four AAA batteries to operate. Released exclusively in a two-pack, the set cost $19.99.
