Hug Wagon was a heavyweight robot built by the Invisible Works team which was registered for Season 2.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots. However, it did not compete for unknown reasons.
Nothing is known about the robot as no images exist of its design. Hug Wagon's existence was confirmed in Jim Smentowski's Season 2.0 event report.[1] It is also possible that Hug Wagon was referred to as Hug on the historical rankings page on the official BattleBots website, as this entry is also labeled as "dropped out".[2] The team also had to withdraw their lightweight, Snipe, from the competition. The robot was also mentioned in Michael Mauldin's preseason rankings which compiled all the data from Season 2.0.[3]
The team would later compete in Season 3.0 and 5.0 with Snipe, as well as Seasons 4.0 and 5.0 with Minnesota Mangler.
