Hobbyweights, also known as 12lbers, are BattleBots competitors which weighed up to 12lbs. They were introduced exclusively for the 2004 NPC Charity Open event as part of the "Sub-light" group of weight divisions. alongside 1lb antweights, 3lb beetleweights and 30lb featherweights.
The only hobbyweight event sanctioned by BattleBots was won by Team Whyachi and Ricochet, which defeated Chigger in the final. As such, Ricochet is the incumbent hobbyweight BattleBots champion.
