Half Gassed was a superheavyweight robot built by Team K.I.S.S. which competed in three seasons of Comedy Central BattleBots.

It was a purple box-shaped robot which was originally armed with a ramming scoop, before it was replaced with a horizontal spinning disk. Half Gassed reaching the Round of 32 and won the Consolation Rumble in its debut season, but otherwise lost both of its competition fights in the following two competitions. Its name was a pun on the adjective 'half-assed', meaning to do something without care or thought, as well as referencing its method of power.

Half Gassed fought in Steel Conflict 3 after BattleBots ended under the name Vendetta.

Robot History

Season 3.0
Half Gassed vs. Armageddon Half Gassed's first ever match in BattleBots was against Armageddon. Half Gassed won the fight on a close 24-21 judges' decision.
Half Gassed vs. Rammstein Rammstein pushes Half Gassed under the pulverizer. Half Gassed advanced to TV rounds, where it faced Rammstein. The match started as a pushing match until Rammstein was able to get a direct hit on Half Gassed, leaving a 1-inch hole in Half Gassed's steel armor and pushing Half Gassed back about 4 feet in the arena. Rammstein punctured Half Gassed's armor a couple more times and then it pushed Half Gassed into the pulverizer, which destroyed Half Gassed's power switch before Half Gassed was counted out. Rammstein won the fight by KO and Half Gassed was eliminated from the tournament.
Superheavyweight Consolation Rumble Half Gassed also participated the Superheavyweight Consolation Rumble at the end of the tournament. It performed well as it won with Whyachi and came back for the Superheavyweight Royal Rumble.
Superheavyweight Royal Rumble Half Gassed is flipped by Toro. It managed to push Dawn of Destruction against the wall, putting it on its side, but eventually was flipped by Toro early into the rumble. In the end, Toro won the Superheavyweight Royal Rumble at the expense of Half Gassed.
Season 4.0
Half Gassed vs. IceBerg Half Gassed's first and only match in Season 4.0 was against IceBerg. The two superheavyweights charged at each other and collided in the center of the box, pushing each other hard and making a quarter-turn in the process. IceBerg lifted Half Gassed with its plow and rammed Half Gassed into the wall. Half Gassed was impaled on the spike strips, hung up and suspended at about a 20 degree angle to the ground so its wheels were in the air and Half Gassed was counted out. IceBerg won the fight by KO and Half Gassed was eliminated from the tournament again.
Season 5.0
Half Gassed vs. Axe No Questions (Forfeit) Half Gassed was scheduled to fight Axe No Questions, but due to issues Team K.I.S.S. had with getting Half Gassed's new weapon through safety inspection, it was forced to forfeit. This meant Axe No Questions won by default and Half Gassed was eliminated from the tournament once again.
