Gyrax was a superheavyweight robot built by Team Razorback which entered three seasons of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was a uniquely-shaped robot with large, custom wheels and a full-body spinning drum which used flails (axes in Season 5.0) to do damage. Though Gyrax had limited success in its three seasons, a similar design would debut in the BattleBots reboot on Discovery called HUGE.

Gyrax vs. Dawn of Destruction Gyrax debuted in Season 3.0, where it first took on Dawn of Destruction in the preliminary rounds. Little is known about the fight, but both robots survived to a judges' decision. Dawn of Destruction won on a 24-21 score and Gyrax was immediately eliminated. |

Gyrax vs. Dreadbot Returning in the following season, Gyrax fought Dreadbot. Gyrax immediately rolled over Dreadbot and slammed on its opponent with the flails, and Dreadbot pushed Gyrax around. Dreadbot had several good shoves, and slammed Gyrax into the wall at one stage. It mainly attacked Gyrax's sides, avoiding its weaponry. Gyrax struck Dreadbot with its flails a few more times but only causing minimal damage. Dreadbot won a 34-11 judges' decision and Gyrax was eliminated again. |

Gyrax vs. Rocket Sauce Seeking its first win, an upgraded Gyrax came back in Season 5.0 and first fought Rocket Sauce. Gyrax won on a close 25-20 judges' decision and advanced to the next preliminary round. |
Gyrax vs. Little Blue Engine (Forfeit) Gyrax was next scheduled to fight Little Blue Engine. However, Gyrax became the beneficiary of Team Circuit Breaker's disqualification and subsequent forfeit following safety violations. |
