Frank Jenkins is an engineer who served as chief safety inspector during Comedy Central BattleBots, and returned as a judge for the untelevised 2009 Championships alongside Mark Setrakian and Pete Abrahamson.
The only judge in the competition to have no prior experience competing in BattleBots, Jenkins was part of the safety team and regularly performed checks on competitors ahead of battles.[1] As was the case with the other judges, his role was to decide a winner in the event of there being no knockout after three minutes. Rather than going by a scoring system, he was simply given red and blue cards to indicate his chosen winner.

As only Episode 1 of the Collegiate Championship was ever produced and uploaded in full to YouTube, Jenkins' role in front of camera was limited. He notably gave Triton its third vote in its judges' decision win over Category 5, impressed with how it managed to get the better of the shell spinner.
He is not known to have returned to BattleBots in any capacity after the 2009 events.
