Frank Ippolito (born April 18, 1985) is a film and television producer, makeup and special effects expert who starred as a guest judge during BattleBots World Championship III.
On the show, he was referred to as a "special effects guru" by presenter Chris Rose.

He did not return to a judging role after his stint during the 2018 season.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Frank Ippolito's work has spanned several decades, having worked as a makeup artist for the supernatural drama Buffy the Vampire Slayer in 2002. Having lent himself to that role in numerous other television and film projects, his most notable involvements have been for the 2006 Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens. More recently, he worked on a horror film called St. Sebastian, which was directed by Danny DeVito, as well as The Mandalorian.
He also appeared on the Syfy television show Face Off as a contestant. He placed tenth overall in the first season, and seventh overall on his return in Season 5.
