Not to be confused with the BattleBots Proving Ground competitor, Travis T., which has a similar name.
Travesty was a middleweight robot which competed in Season 3.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was a red, four-wheeled robot armed with a static wedge and decals adorning each armor panel. The team cited its "high traction" as an advantage it may have against its opponents. According to the team, Travesty took six months to build.[1] It performed decently in competition, winning one match before losing to Cerberus in the Round of 128.
Team Travesty returned for Season 4.0 with Internal Audit, which did not win a single fight.
