Electric Ray was a heavyweight robot built by Team Robot Revolution which applied and was accepted for BattleBots World Championship IV.
It was a wide, invertible wedge-shaped robot which was blue and gold in color and adorned with two lighting bolt motifs. Electric Ray had a steep wedge at the front and horizontal bar spinners protruding from either side, in a similar vein to Sidewinder. Each spinner was independently powered and chain-driven by two large motors in the center of the robot. Little is known about the materials and components used in Electric Ray.

The team was comprised of two high school students with eight years of robotics experience leading up to their BattleBots application. However, this experience came in non-combat robotics. Electric Ray's name derives from the fish of the same name which are capable of producing an electrical discharge to stun prey and defend against predators.

Originally an alternate for the season according to Team LOGICOM's Nick Nave, who was present at filming with Captain Shrederator, Team Robot Revolution attended filming with a fully-intact robot. However, Electric Ray failed safety inspections and the team were ultimately forced to drop out as they could not rectify the issues in time. Their experience was originally detailed in a blog post, though this has since been deleted as the team lost the domain to their website, and it was never archived. It is unknown who Electric Ray was scheduled to battle during their Fight Night schedule.
Though Electric Ray would not return to BattleBots, team captain Lucas Buermeyer later joined the Ribbot team in 2020.
