Demonstration Robots are robots designed with the purpose to provide a practical exhibition to showcase their functionality, rather than being built for main BattleBots competitions.

A number of demonstration robots have been built over the years for various BattleBots events, with some notably exceeding the specified weight limits and thus being ineligible to compete regardless. In rare cases, demonstration robots could be involved in exhibition battles such as end-of-competition rumbles.

Other robots have been known to perform exhibitions at events while having also competed. Notably, Comedy Central era competitors Diesector and Nightmare performed demonstrations on wooden palettes and similar objects to exhibit their power during BattleBots IQ competitions.

The list below only documents BattleBots robots which exclusively took part in demonstrations and exhibition battles.
