DaCraw was a superheavyweight robot from Ontario, Canada which competed in Season 5.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.

It was a two-wheeled, V-shaped robot armed with two large horizontal crushing claws. It performed decently in competition, winning one battle before losing to American Justice in the Round of 64.

Outside BattleBox

Outside of BattleBots, Team DaCraw would compete at Robot Riots in August and November of 2002, placing runner-up in the 1lb division with a robot called Phoenix.

Robot History

Season 5.0
DaCraw vs. Jaws of Death After receiving a bye, DaCraw eventually fought Jaws of Death in the final preliminary round. DaCraw was able to maneuver to the back of Jaws of Death and use its jaws to damage its back. Jaws of Death was then able to inflict damage to DaCraw's sides. Both robot's weapons were damaged while inflicting damage to each other. DaCraw won on a close 23-22 judges' decision and advanced to the TV rounds.
DaCraw vs. American Justice DaCraw takes American Justice to the killsaws. In the televised rounds, DaCraw took on American Justice. Despite getting its claws to the side and rear of American Justice and even taking it to the killsaws at one point, American Justice won on a 30-15 judges' decision and DaCraw was eliminated from the tournament.
