Combat Robotics at Berkeley, sometimes shortened to CRB, are an active team who made their debut in BattleBots World Championship VI with their heavyweight entry Glitch. The team consists of members of the combat robotics club at the University of Berkeley, California, many of whom previously competed in VEX Robotics events in their respective high schools. The organization itself within the university is entirely run by students, and CRB's BattleBots team are one of four projects that their 40 undergraduate students are split between.

The Glitch team shared the Rookie of the Year Award with Team Break32 and Riptide following the conclusion of World Championship VI, celebrating a remarkable 7-1 overall record during the main season and BattleBots: Champions I. They were presented with a pulverizer hammer to commemorate their award win.

Combat Robotics at Berkeley has since expanded to 25 students, with recent additions to the team entering a 15lb bot called Fatal Error into the February 2022 Sacramento Bot Battles competition, winning the Best Design Award.

In July 2022, CRB advertised open applications for their BattleBots team ahead of World Championship VII.[1] One new team member was Ishaan Gupta, who previously competed with Axolotl during the 2020 season. Members of the team which joined following 2023 open applications competed in BattleBots: Metal Mayhem with 15lb machines Thunderstorm and Holy CR@B.
