Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart is a high school based in Miami, Florida which was responsible for a number of BattleBots IQ teams and robots between 2005 and 2011.
The school notably introduced combat robotics to Andrea Gellatly and Bianca Soto, who would go on to compete with BattleBots competitors Witch Doctor and ROTATOR respectively. Several team members would later represent the University of Miami at the 2009 BattleBots Championships.
The Bots High documentary, which covered the 2010 BotsIQ competition, focused on two Carrollton-based teams - My Mechanical Romance and Mechanical Misfits.[1]
