Revision as of 22:31, 28 January 2020

As part of a range planned to be released in 2018 by HEXBUG,Bronco is one of multiple robots in the RC Series. It is a very accurate representation as it features Bronco's basic Season 3 design and working flipper.  Much like the previous BattleBots toys, Bronco has pieces that come off to represent damage. In the case of Bronco, its front shields and rear wedge come off if hit hard enough. The toy was initially scheduled for release in 2016 using the Season 1 design of Bronco but since it was unable to flip other Hexbug RC BattleBots toys at the Toy Faiir, the toy's release was delayed and the flipper mechanism was redesigned to retract and now has a quicker release. A second prototype toy was revealed based on the 2018 version of Bronco, complete for space for the center wheels. This version has been released early in some stores but available as of September 18th, 2018, complete with a 2-pack Rivals set with an updated Witch Doctor. It has also been packaged with the 2nd release of Witch Doctor, the BattleBots Arena playset and on its own.
