Boogeyman was a heavyweight robot which applied for BattleBots World Championship V and VI, but was not selected on either occasion.

It was a two-wheel drive, black and green robot armed with a large horizontal spinner weighing in the 50-60lb range. Its outer wheels allow Boogeyman to be run both ways up, sporting an overcutter or an undercutter depending on which way up it is, similar to HiJinx.

Unlike Jen Herchenroeder's bot, Boogeyman featured a cam-driven tail which could adjust the angle and height of the main chassis, and in turn, the spinning blade. Boogeyman also featured an array of forks or wedgelets at the front, which were hinged to allow for better control of its opponents. Boogeyman's 2020 season application video was posted in December 2019, showcasing a scaled-down version of Boogeyman as a proof of concept.[1] Their 2021 application showed a 1:1 scale prototype manufactured from wood.[2]

The team were not accepted for either competition and no application video was revealed ahead of World Championship VII, inferring they did not apply in 2022.
