BioHazard was one of two BattleBots competitors selected to be produced for the Pro Series line of remote control toys by Tiger Electronics.
Although not known for sure, the lack of sponsorship decals makes this toy most closely resemble the version of BioHazard which appeared at both Long Beach and Las Vegas 1999 events. The toy features BioHazard's iconic four bar lifting arm, which can be controlled by pressing the weapon button on the controller.
Like other remote control releases by Hasbro's Tiger Electronics, BioHazard featured tank-style steering. The robot featured impact sensors and a total of three LED lights to disable in battle. Once the light turned off, the toy would be deemed knocked out.
BioHazard also came with an alternate lifting arm plate with spikes fitted, and two attachable spikestrips designed to push other robots off the side of BioHazard. Neither of these additions were seen on any iteration of Carlo Bertocchini's robot.
