BioHazard is one of 42 real-life robots which featured in the canceled BattleBots video game for PlayStation 2 and GameCube.

It is a highly accurate representation of Carlo Bertocchini's title-winning heavyweight, based specifically on its Season 3.0 iteration. Although BioHazard was visually similar throughout its five televised Comedy Central BattleBots seasons, this noticeable by its selection of decals across the side skirts. The linkage for BioHazard's four-bar lifting arm is replicated, and detail spreads as far as to include the bolt patterns across its top and front panels.
Unlocking BioHazard[]
In order to unlock BioHazard, the player must clear Phase 3 of the Heavyweight Arcade fights while using a superheavyweight robot.
Trivia[]
- Interestingly, in the Alpha 4.6 build of the video game released publicly in 2022, selecting BioHazard from the menu or being drawn against it in fights will cause the game to crash.
