Big Stick was a lightweight robot built by The Doom Crew which competed in Season 4.0 and 5.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.
Big Stick was a T-shaped robot armed with a thin undercutting bar. It was able to win one battle in Season 5.0.
Big Stick was notable for exploding into shrapnel in its first battle, causing one of the biggest spectacles of the 4.0 qualifiers. The pieces were put into a garbage can after the fight.
The Doom Crew also built another lightweight named The Doomsday Machine. The team also mentioned their intention of bringing a middleweight to Season 5.0 named Golden Scorpion.[1] However, no details of this build are known and it never competed on BattleBots.

Season 4.0[]
Big Stick's first match was against Burning Metal. Big Stick looked strong at first, spinning up slowly but to a very high speed. Burning Metal almost box rushed it, but didn't quite make it and stopped before ramming Big Stick. Big Stick hit Burning Metal hard a few times, but soon became badly unbalanced, shaking its spindly frame violently and going around in circles. Burning Metal, who survived the early hits quite well, rammed right into the blade of Big Stick and caused it to undergo the most complete and total kinetic self-detonation in the history of robotic combat at the time. Parts flew with the frame ending up in many pieces, and the mangled fragments scattered around the box were barely recognizable. Big Stick thus lost by KO.
Big Stick delivers a blow to The Phreak
Season 5.0[]
Big Stick's first match was against The Phreak. Big Stick was able to knock out The Phreak and move on to round 2 where it faced Jo Mama. Jo Mama was able to defeat Big Stick on a 10-35 judges decision and eliminate it from the tournament.
