Battle Chains, alternatively Battlechains, were small toys produced by Jakks Pacific made to resemble various BattleBots competitors.
Small enough to fit on a keychain, these toys featured free-moving wheels, and active weaponry which could be activated when pulling on the chains fitted to the rear of each toy. The chains also featured a small, metal version of the BattleBots logo.
A total of eight Battle Chains were released over three waves:
First and Second Edition[]
Third Edition[]
A fourth wave of Battle Chains was teased on the rear of the packing for third edition releases, but these were never released. It is unknown who was set to feature in this fourth edition of toys.
Trivia[]
- Battle Chains saw the only appearance of Mark Setrakian's superheavyweight Snake in toy form.
