Bang was a middleweight robot from Canada which competed in Season 3.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots. It was a black box-shaped robot armed with a vertical spinner as well as a thwacking pickaxe on a chain mounted on the rear of the robot. This weapon arrangement was inspired by the Scavenger robots from the movie Screamers. Bang was not very well-built, and this caused it to lose its only battle to Village Idiot. This was still enough for Bang to be ranked #28 by BattleBots in the leadup to Season 4.0.
The team intended to return for future BattleBots events with an improved machine, "Revenge of Bang", which was planned to have a much stronger spinner as its main weapon. The team also planned to build three other new designs but due to financial and logistical difficulties they did not return for any further events, announcing their retirement from the sport in February 2002.

Bang's first and only fight in BattleBots was against Village Idiot. During the match, Bang was rammed several times by Village Idiot, causing the bolts and angles holding the panels together to undo and the entire chassis to fall apart. After one more ram, Bang's wheels could barely touch the floor, so it was eventually counted out. Village Idiot won by KO at 1:11 and Bang was eliminated from the tournament.
