Bad Dog was a heavyweight robot built by Team K-NINE which competed in Season 3.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.

It was a two-wheel drive robot armed with a red ramming scoop. It did decently in its only season, winning one fight and reaching the round of 64.

Kenneth Benner also competed on Robotica with his drum spinner/plow wedge robot, Ill-Tempered Mutt.

Robot History

Season 3.0
Bad Dog vs. Sledge-Jammer Bad Dog's first ever match was against Sledge-Jammer. Bad Dog won by KO and advanced to the TV rounds, where it faced Towering Inferno.
Bad Dog vs. Towering Inferno Bad Dog gets stuck on the entrance ramp while fighting Towering Inferno. Both robots went straight at each other and Towering Inferno started hitting the top of Bad Dog with its hammers. Bad Dog tried to push Towering Inferno to the killsaws and the pulverizer, but Towering Inferno barely missed both arena hazards. Bad Dog then accidentally got itself stuck on the entrance ramp and Towering Inferno hit Bad Dog once before it was counted out. Towering Inferno won by KO and Bad Dog was eliminated from the tournament.
