All Weather Tire Bot was a middleweight robot built by Team knext.com which competed in Season 4.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was a robot built entirely around a chain fitted tire which spun to cause damage to its opponents. All of its components were housed inside inside the tire with its hub serving as top armor. All Weather Tire Bot did not perform well in competition, losing its first and only match to Maggot.
Outside BattleBots[]
After the end of BattleBots, knetx.com continued to compete at various competitions. Most notably, they competed at BotBash 2002 with a spiked robot named Troublemaker.

All Weather Tire Bot vs. Maggot All Weather Tire Bot's first preliminary battle came against Maggot. Before it got up to speed, All Weather Tire Bot was rammed by a charging Maggot and lifted. Maggot took no damage from the chains of All Weather Tire Bot, but was unable to overturn the circular bot as the fight went the distance. Maggot won by a 38-7 judges' decision and All Weather Tire Bot was eliminated before the TV rounds. |
