Abaddon was a superheavyweight robot which competed in seasons 4.0 and 5.0 of Comedy Central's Battlebots. It was a black two-wheeled robot armed with two front spikes and two sledge hammers set up much like fellow super heavyweight Diesector. The hammers were removed in season 5.0. It performed well in competition, winning two fights and being seeded for Season 5.0.

Abaddon vs Tortoise Abaddon's first match in Season 4.0 was up against the full body spinner of Tortoise in the final preliminary round. Tortoise hit Abaddon, but then got pushed into the wall and held by Abaddon so it couldn't spin up. Eventually Tortoise got away, and spun up. Once again, Abaddon stopped Tortoise without getting damaged. This was because Abaddon's pronged weapon was high enough to hit Tortoise above its teeth and stopped it from spinning. Abaddon effectively pushed Tortoise around and kept its speed down all match, not letting Tortoise hit Abaddon anywhere in the back or sides more than once or twice. In the end, Abaddon won on a 40-5 judges' decision and advanced to the TV rounds. |
Abaddon v. High Impact Now in the TV rounds, Abaddon was drawn against High Impact. Abaddon won the match by KO at 2:38 and advanced to the Round of 32. |
Abaddon v. Rammstein  Rammstein pushes Abaddon. Now in the Round of 32, Abaddon was drawn against Rammstein. In the match, Abaddon was pierced several times by Rammstein's spike and both robots pushed each other. The match lasted the duration and the judges awarded the win to Rammstein on a 27-18 decision, elmininating Abaddon from the tournament in the process. It is currently unkown whether or not Abaddon competed in the Superheavyweight Consolation Rumble. |
