3A was a beetleweight robot built by Team Whyachi which competed exclusively in the BattleBots 2004 NPC Charity Open.
It was a small robot armed with a uniquely-shaped overhead spinner which seemed a hydrid of Son of Whyachi's cage spinner design and the top-down shape reminiscent of the team's previous robots, Y-Pout and Why Not.
Despite starting strongly by defeating the eventual champion, 3A lost its other two fights and was eliminated from the competition.
Outside BattleBots[]
3A would continue competing until 2006 when it was ultimately retired, but achieved modest success throughout its career.
