386 Revised was a lightweight robot that attempted to enter Season 3.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots.
It was designed to look like a desktop computer with all of its internals to be mounted in a computer case with internal framing. It would also include a spinning bar and a 5 lbs steel mouse attached to an aircraft cable. It would have a keyboard with a serrated edge and a monitor on top to display a sponsor. The team described it as being "fodder" for other robots.[1]
386 Revised was included on the Season 3.0 event brochure that was handed out to audience members at the event in 2001.[2] From this, it is known that 386 Revised was designed by Team BattleBobs who also entered RoboSapien and Portable Killsaw. 386 Revised was also referred to in the preseason rankings page on the official BattleBots website.[3]
